Zoom Settings for Music Education Online

Zoom has just a released a new version aimed at improving sound quality for sessions that are dependent on better audio transmission!

I’ve been researching how to create engaging learning situations in the virtual world and came upon useful tips for audio transmission:

1. Download the latest version of Zoom. It should be the first one on the page, but check the version number, just in case.

2. Once installed, run the program, and go to the Settings icon.

3. Choose Audio and make the following changes:

4. That’s it!

During the lesson, ensure that Original Sound is on and that the volume is set at a good level for your ears.
